Terms of Service
Effective Date: 19 June 2026
Last Updated: 19 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Random.One websites, applications, developer tools, documentation, APIs, software, smart contracts, blockchain interfaces, testnet or mainnet services, community features, and any other products or services made available by Random.One. For purposes of these Terms, "Random.One," "we," "us," and "our" mean Random.One. "You" means the person or organization accessing or using the Services. "Services" means all Random.One websites, tools, interfaces, documentation, software, protocol-related resources, and related services made available by Random.One.
By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, creating an account, submitting information, downloading software, interacting with Random.One network resources, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
Important notice
Random.One may provide blockchain infrastructure, cryptographic randomness, developer resources, gaming-related tooling, protocol information, network interfaces, and other web3 services. Blockchain systems, digital assets, and real-money gaming use cases involve significant risk. You are solely responsible for understanding those risks and complying with all laws that apply to you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Random.One. You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, any additional terms made available for specific features, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Random.One may update these Terms from time to time. When updated Terms are posted, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after an update means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
2. Who May Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you satisfy all eligibility requirements below:
- you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
- you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction where your use of the Services would be unlawful or prohibited;
- you are not listed on any applicable sanctions, restricted party, or prohibited persons list;
- you will use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law;
- you will not use the Services for illegal gambling, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, exploitation of minors, unauthorized financial activity, or any other unlawful purpose.
Random.One may restrict or block access to the Services in certain jurisdictions or for certain users where Random.One considers it necessary or appropriate for legal, security, risk, compliance, operational, or policy reasons.
3. The Services
Random.One may provide one or more of the following Services:
- informational websites and documentation;
- developer tools, APIs, SDKs, and code examples;
- blockchain explorer, faucet, dashboard, validator, staking, or network monitoring interfaces;
- wallet connection features;
- testnet or mainnet access points;
- smart contract interfaces;
- randomness-related infrastructure or tools;
- community, support, event, or educational resources;
- gaming-related protocol tools or integrations;
- other services made available by Random.One from time to time.
Random.One may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Services at any time without liability to you. Random.One does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or available in any particular jurisdiction.
4. Blockchain, Wallet, and Transaction Risks
Public blockchain systems may involve irreversible transactions, network congestion, software bugs, validator failures, forks, oracle failures, attacks, bridge failures, wallet compromises, smart contract vulnerabilities, volatility, and regulatory uncertainty. You use blockchain features at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction information before approving or submitting a transaction, including wallet addresses, contract addresses, network selection, amounts, gas fees, permissions, approvals, and any transaction data shown by your wallet or interface.
Transactions on public blockchains may be irreversible once submitted. Random.One cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallets, tokens, digital assets, mistaken transfers, or failed transactions.
5. Digital Assets, Network Fees, Validators, and Protocol Risks
The Services may refer to or interact with digital assets, network tokens, gas fees, validators, staking, delegation, rewards, slashing, bridges, smart contracts, or other blockchain functionality. Digital assets may lose some or all of their value.
Random.One does not guarantee:
- the value, liquidity, utility, transferability, legality, availability, or future performance of any token or digital asset;
- the performance of any validator, node, bridge, wallet, oracle, game, marketplace, exchange, or smart contract;
- that any transaction will be included, finalized, confirmed, or reversible;
- that any reward, fee, incentive, airdrop, allocation, distribution, or token event will occur;
- that any software, network, protocol, or interface will be free from bugs, exploits, forks, downtime, governance disputes, or attacks;
- that any randomness-related feature will be suitable for every game, financial product, contest, or regulated use case.
Any reference to a token, network, validator, application, game, market, reward, or protocol feature is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, gambling advice, gaming regulatory advice, or a recommendation.
6. Real-Money Gaming and Regulated Use Cases
Random.One may be designed for, or used by, developers and operators building or interacting with real-money games, chance-based applications, contests, sweepstakes, rewards, tournaments, lotteries, betting products, or other regulated experiences.
You must not use the Services to operate, promote, facilitate, or participate in any regulated activity unless you have confirmed that the activity is lawful in the relevant jurisdictions and that all required licenses, registrations, approvals, disclosures, age-verification procedures, geolocation controls, responsible gaming measures, tax procedures, anti-money laundering controls, sanctions screening, and consumer protections are in place.
Random.One is not responsible for determining whether any third-party game, application, contest, wager, reward mechanism, token distribution, smart contract, jackpot, prize pool, or market is lawful, fair, licensed, audited, solvent, compliant, or suitable for you.
7. Accounts, Wallets, and Security
Some features may require you to create an account, connect a wallet, provide information, complete verification, or use third-party services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, devices, wallets, and authentication methods;
- all activity that occurs through your account, wallet, or device;
- verifying transaction details before signing or submitting any transaction;
- protecting yourself from phishing, malicious contracts, fake websites, spoofed links, and social engineering;
- ensuring that any wallet, software, browser extension, or third-party tool you use is trustworthy and secure.
Unless Random.One expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, Random.One does not custody private keys. Random.One cannot restore access to lost wallets or reverse transactions.
8. Compliance, KYC, AML, and Sanctions
Random.One may require identity verification, business verification, wallet screening, sanctions screening, jurisdiction checks, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, or other compliance measures before allowing access to certain Services.
Random.One may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it believes such action is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, address security risks, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the Services.
You must not use the Services to:
- violate sanctions, export controls, or restricted party rules;
- launder money or conceal proceeds of crime;
- finance terrorism or illegal activity;
- evade taxes or reporting obligations;
- operate unlicensed gambling, betting, lottery, money transmission, securities, derivatives, commodities, or financial services activity;
- exploit minors or vulnerable persons;

- bypass geofencing, eligibility checks, KYC, AML, or compliance controls.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, withholding, collecting, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, or similar obligations arising from your use of the Services, digital assets, games, rewards, validator activity, staking, transactions, transfers, or other blockchain interactions. Random.One does not provide tax advice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, interfaces, software, documentation, trademarks, service marks, and other materials, are owned by Random.One or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Random.One grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by Random.One or by an applicable open-source license.
Some code or documentation may be made available under separate open-source or other licenses. If separate license terms apply, those terms control with respect to that code or documentation.
You may not use Random.One's name, logos, branding, trademarks, trade dress, domain names, social handles, or confusingly similar marks without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
11. User Content and Feedback
If you submit, post, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide content through the Services, including comments, messages, code, proposals, issue reports, bug reports, documentation suggestions, game data, application information, or other materials, you retain any rights you have in that content.
You grant Random.One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide the Services.
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations, Random.One may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your content and that your content does not violate law, infringe rights, contain malware, or breach these Terms.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:

13. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to, integrate with, or enable access to third-party websites, wallets, games, exchanges, marketplaces, bridges, validators, or applications. Random.One does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accuracy, legality, privacy practices, fees, transactions, smart contracts, or conduct.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies. You should review those terms and policies before using any third-party service.
14. Developer Tools, APIs, and Beta Features
If you use Random.One developer tools, APIs, RPC endpoints, SDKs, documentation, software, or infrastructure, you agree to comply with all technical documentation, rate limits, access restrictions, security requirements, and additional terms provided by Random.One.
Random.One may limit, suspend, or terminate API keys, access tokens, endpoints, or developer access at any time, including to protect the Services, comply with law, address abuse, or preserve network integrity.
Some Services may be experimental, in beta, on testnet, or made available for testing only. Such Services may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, insecure, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time. Testnet tokens or points have no monetary value unless expressly stated by Random.One.
You are responsible for applications you build, deploy, operate, or promote using the Services, including their security, legality, disclosures, user terms, privacy practices, compliance controls, audits, and user support.
15. No Professional Advice
Information made available through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. Random.One does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, gaming regulatory, gambling regulatory, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving digital assets, gaming, gambling, financial products, taxes, compliance, or regulated activities.
16. Suspension and Termination
Random.One may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if Random.One believes that you have violated these Terms, created risk for Random.One or others, used the Services unlawfully, triggered compliance concerns, or caused technical, legal, security, reputational, or operational harm.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will stop immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous provisions.
17. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDOM.ONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Random.One regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Random.One's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without Random.One's consent. Random.One may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate transaction, or by operation of law.
Random.One will not be liable for any delay, failure, loss, or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, blockchain network failures, validator failures, government action, regulatory changes, exchange outages, market disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
