It does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, games, exchanges, marketplaces, validators, bridges, analytics tools, social networks, or applications that Random.One does not control. By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information and other information collected through the Services. It also explains important limitations that apply to public blockchain data, including wallet addresses and transaction information that may be visible to anyone and may not be capable of deletion or correction by Random.One.

This may include legal name, date of birth, residential jurisdiction, nationality or country of residence, government identification information, photographs or liveness checks, business registration information, beneficial ownership information, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information, wallet addresses, transaction history, sanctions or risk-screening results, and other information required by law or compliance providers.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, Random.One and its service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, approximate location based on IP address, language preferences, logs, diagnostics, crash reports, performance data, API usage, endpoint calls, rate-limit data, request metadata, fraud and security signals, and cookie or similar technology data.
2.5 Information From Third Parties
Random.One may receive information from wallet providers, identity verification vendors, fraud prevention and compliance providers, analytics providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, marketing platforms, event partners, social media platforms, public blockchain data sources, blockchain analytics providers, game or application partners, ecosystem participants, and publicly available sources.

5. How We Share Information
5.1 Service Providers
Random.One may share information with vendors, contractors, and service providers who help operate the Services, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support, communications, marketing, compliance, identity verification, fraud prevention, security, payment processing, and professional services.
5.2 Blockchain and Public Network Activity
If you interact with public blockchain networks, certain information, including wallet addresses, transaction data, smart contract interactions, and related metadata, may become publicly visible and available to anyone. Random.One does not control public blockchains and cannot delete or modify data recorded on them.
5.3 Compliance, Legal, and Safety
Random.One may disclose information if it believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, law enforcement requests, KYC, AML, sanctions, tax, gaming, fraud prevention, or other compliance obligations; enforce terms and policies; protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Random.One, users, partners, or the public; detect or prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, or unlawful activity; or defend against legal claims.
5.4 Business Transfers
Random.One may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving all or part of the Services.
5.5 Partners and Ecosystem Participants
If you choose to participate in partner programs, developer programs, grants, validator programs, gaming integrations, ecosystem initiatives, events, or co-sponsored activities, Random.One may share information with relevant partners as necessary to administer those activities.
5.6 Professional Advisors

5.7 With Your Consent or Direction
Random.One may share information with your consent or at your direction, including when you connect a wallet, authorize an integration, submit information to a partner, or choose to make information public.
5.8 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
Random.One may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Random.One may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, detect abuse, measure campaigns, and support analytics.
Analytics tools may collect information such as IP address, device information, browser information, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referring pages. Random.One may also use advertising or measurement technologies where permitted by law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes.
7. Your Choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or, where available, through a cookie banner or preference center. Blocking cookies may affect the availability or functionality of the Services.
You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by using available account or preference controls. Even if you opt out of marketing, Random.One may still send transactional, technical, security, legal, or administrative messages.
You can disconnect your wallet through your wallet provider, browser extension, or applicable Service interface. Disconnecting a wallet does not delete public blockchain data or information Random.One previously collected where retention is permitted or required.
8. Data Retention
Random.One retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and pursue legitimate business purposes.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the purpose of processing, legal requirements, and operational needs. Compliance, transaction, security, and legal records may be retained for longer periods where required or permitted by law. Public blockchain data may be permanent and outside Random.One's control.
9. Security
Random.One uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system, network, wallet, smart contract, blockchain, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and credentials.
10. International Transfers
Random.One and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, Random.One uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children or anyone under 18 years old. Random.One does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If Random.One becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child, it will take appropriate steps to delete it where required by law.
12. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access personal information held about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of certain marketing, targeted advertising, sales, or sharing;
- appeal a decision regarding your privacy request, where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
These rights may be limited by law, legal obligations, public blockchain immutability, security requirements, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legitimate business needs. To exercise rights, use the privacy, account, or support controls made available through the Services. Random.One may need to verify your identity before responding.
13. California Privacy Notice
This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for California residents. Depending on your interactions with Random.One, the categories of personal information collected may include identifiers, customer records information, protected classification information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation data, professional or employment information, inferences, and sensitive personal information used for verification, security, or legal obligations.
Random.One collects information from you, your devices, wallets, public blockchains, service providers, compliance vendors, analytics providers, partners, and publicly available sources. Random.One uses and discloses that information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Random.One does not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics technologies constitute "sharing" or "sale" under California law, California residents may opt out through available cookie, privacy, account, or browser controls.
California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
14. EEA, UK, and Swiss Privacy Rights
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Where Random.One processes personal data as a controller, you can exercise rights through the privacy, account, or support controls made available through the Services. Where Random.One processes data on behalf of another controller, such as a third-party game or application operator, you should contact that controller directly.
15. Blockchain Data and Deletion Limitations
Because public blockchains are decentralized and immutable, Random.One may not be able to delete, modify, or restrict information recorded on-chain. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, smart contract interactions, and related data may remain publicly available indefinitely. Your privacy rights may apply to off-chain personal information that Random.One controls, but they may not enable alteration of public blockchain records.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, wallets, games, exchanges, marketplaces, bridges, validators, social networks, or applications. Random.One is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. You should review their privacy policies before using them.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Random.One may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When it does, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Random.One may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
